Q: Where do you get you get the caps you use to make the confessions?
A:I get 99% the screencaps I use from the talented folks over at true-fellings (livejournal) and rawr-caps (livejournal) (Tumblr). Check out their sites if you’re looking for amazing HQ caps. :)
Another really great resource (especially for behind the scenes pictures/info) are the Leverage facebook page, as well as the cast/crew’s twitter accounts.
Q: How many people run this blog?
A: Just me, Lauren. :)
Q: Do you post every confession or do you pick and choose which ones to post?
A: I post 99% of the confessions I receive. The only ones I don’t post are ones which are really offensive/derogatory. A negative opinion about the show is one thing, but if it crosses the line and becomes a personal attack on an actor or member of the creative team I will not post it. Also, there is a difference between a confession and an all out rant. Just keep that in mind.
If your confession is similar to a past post, I’ll answer it on the blog with a link to the similar post(s).
Other than that, you’ll see it up here soon. :)
Q: Why hasn’t my confessions been posted yet?
A: See answer above. Chances are I just haven’t gotten around to it. Please try to be patient. As I said, I’m only one person. I go to university, I spend 4 hours a day commuting to and from school. I do my best to post new confessions every day, so yours will get done eventually. Also, sometimes it just takes a little bit longer to find the right screencap.
Q: Can I submit my own graphic/screencap for you to use when you make my confession? Can I submit my own confession graphic that I have made?
A: Yes and yes! If you want to submit a graphic/screencap (either for me to use, or a completed one) you can do so in the submission box: leverage-confession.tumblr.com/submit
Q: “You spelled ‘favorite/favourite’ wrong” (and other spelling critiques).
A: The “favorite/favourite” complaint is the one I get the most. Here’s the deal, the British/Canadian spelling is “favourite” and the American spelling is “favorite”. I just post it the way people submit it, simple as that. As for other complaints, I always try to spellcheck confessions before I post them, but it is possible that a mistake may have snuck through. You can always message me if you spot one.
Q: Can you add my confessions blog to your “Confession Blogs Masterlist”?
A: I would love to! Just send me a message in the ask/”confess” box. If you have a masterlist on your blog, I would really appreciate if you would return the favour.
